Different ways of checking SBI Account Balances

1. SBI Net Banking
SBI provides net banking services to check your bank account balance, transfer funds, check account statements, etc. To register for net banking, you can apply at the time of opening the account or late on by filling a form.
You can login to the bank website using login id and password and check your bank account balance easily.
2. SBI Mobile Banking
SBI provides different mobile applications that you can download on your mobile phone and can check your account balance and much more. You can download SBI Anywhere(now YONO App), SBI Online, or SBI Anywhere Saral on your mobile phone and can check your balance easily.
3. SBI SMS Banking
You can register your phone number for SBI SMS service and can easily register for SMS Service by sending an SMS in the format “REG<space>Account Number” to 09223488888 from the number that you wish to register for this service.
4. SBI Missed Call Service
To check your balance you can give a missed call on toll-free number 09223766666 or can also send an SMS including “BAL” to 09223766666 from your registered number.
You can register for missed call service by sending an SMS ‘REG<SPACE>Account Number’ to 09223488888 from your mobile number.
5. SBI USSD
SBI also provides USSD services, you can dial *595# from your number and enter your user id and can choose options which also contains balance enquiry.
To avail this USSD service, you have to be registered. You can register by sending an SMS <MBSREG> to 9223440000 or 567676 and you will receive an user id and MPIN via an SMS.
6. SBI ATM
The most basic offline mode of checking your bank account balance is using your ATM card which is Debit Card.
For this, you can go to any ATM and use your ATM card and its PIN to know your account balance. But remember to choose the option of “Balance Enquiry” to know your balance.
7. SBI Passbook
The second offline mode is by using your passbook that State Bank of India provides to every customer. For this you can visit Bank of Baroda along with your passbook and get your passbook updated. The updated passbook will include your transactions and the updated account balance as well.
